Compatible models are BR-M985, BR-M987, BR-M9000, BR-M9020 and their successors BR-M9100 and BR-M9120. The bolt is for the lower mount, for the upper one you need a M6 x 36.3 mm bolt. A spacer and a washer (R-Washer A) are also included.
