Torq Hydration Red Berries is a hypotonic electrolyte drink, specially developed for situations with high sweat losses over a period of up to about an hour, such as intensive indoor training (Zwift, spinning) or hot, short efforts. Thanks to the combination of passive and facilitated transport (with a light glucose dose and sodium), it hydrates faster than water alone or electrolyte tablets.
