The Marathon E-Plus is unplatible and has the most effective anti-leak layer for bicycle tires. It is made of 5 mm Hoogelastic Special Rubber and contains recycled rubber. It has a Schwalbe leak protection level 7 with a patented smartguard leak protection layer and two layers of raceguard tissue. The band has excellent grip, also at high speeds, and a long service life thanks to the Addix-E compound.
