Most dogs love tennis balls, but unfortunately normal tennis balls are not ideal for teeth. The hard fibers of 'real' tennis balls sand the teeth and can cause permanent damage there. That is why Kong has developed a special material for its tennis balls, which is much softer for the teeth. To make it even more fun, these balls are equipped with an inside that crackles when the tennis ball is bitten to meet the natural chewing instincts of the dog. The ball bounces high for more play and fetching pleasure.
