This sports drink is perfect for use before and during exercise. It is 100% natural in taste and contains no artificial flavor and colors. The sports drink is wonderfully refreshing and can be dosed in two ways: as an isotone sports drink with a ratio of 70g to 1 liter of water/or 35g in a 500ml water bottle, and as a hypotone sports drink with a ratio of 20g to 1 liter of water/or CA 10g in a bottle of 500ml. Both variants contain essential electrolytes, such as 375mg sodium and 100mg magnesium.

• Isotonic Sportdrink: This variant is a combination of a thirst quencher and an energy supplier for the body. It supplements both the electrolytes and carbohydrates, with approximately 8g of carbohydrates per 100 ml. Ideal for endurance athletes who make long -term intensive efforts.
• Hypotonic Sportdrink: This variant mainly serves as a thirst quencher and mainly supplements the electrolytes. It contains less than 4G carbohydrates per 100 ml.

User manual:

Isotonic Sportdrink:

• Dosing advice: Solve 1 measuring scoop of powder (approx. 35g) in a bottle with 500ml of water (or 1.5 measuring scoop 50g in a bottle with 750ml of water).
• User advice: Divide drinking the Isotonic Sport Drink during the Warming Up (ideal is to drink 200 to 300 ml) over a period of 1 hour before the start to just before the effort/competition. During the effort/competition when possible every half hour about 300ml of the Isotonic Sportdrink.

Hypotonic Sportdrink:

• Dosing advice: Solve a semi -full measuring scoop of powder (approx. 20 g) in a bottle with 500ml of water (or an almost full measuring scoop approx. 30 g in a bottle with 750ml of water).
• User advice: Before and during training/competitions according to your own needs. Drink 500 ml (1 bottle) to approx. 1 liter spread over 60 minutes, the quantity depends on the temperature outside and the degree of exercise.
